What are “Aims?”

Behind every person lies a tangle of “aims” which use up a lot of energy. Here, using just one procedure, you can free up a lot of that energy and concentration. Please note that, once you have started, all your aims will disappear. If some aims are important to you, you will need to set them for yourself again. The process simulates the experience of achieving aims and only then can the aim itself be removed.
